Sushi House in Braunschweig

We are more than disappointed .... after 1 hour we reported there and were told that our colleague was out with the meal. After 2 hours we got in touch again and suddenly it was said that an order had never been received (we received the order confirmation by email). Doesn't work at all. No goodwill or discount. We are used to the fact that it does not stay at 40 minutes and that no one reports about the delay, but we do not allow ourselves to be deceived!

The food is great, the service unfortunately underground. We waited 2.5 hours for our meal with 4 small children. And no goodwill ... impossible. They didn't even say it was taking longer.

Pure disaster! Ordered online. The email said waiting time 45-60 minutes and so far in order. After 1.5 hours we called and asked where the order was. It was called unfriendly for another 30 minutes. After waiting for more than 2 hours, my call was not accepted and pushed away. Food was delivered after almost 3 hours. Food was delicious.

Pretty tasty. Will not be the last time.

The waiters are always eager and courteous! The armchairs are extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the tables is extremely appropriate. There you don't get the feeling like eating sardines in a can in the evening. The place has real potential to become my next favorite place. Inexpensive, diverse selection of dishes and drinks. I was really delighted with my lady of heart that I finally discovered an inn in our area, which we can still afford at the end of the month without restriction.

The food was ok so far, maybe a little warm. But what moves me to such a rating is that we had the food delivered to our home, which in the end worked despite the poorly programmed website. When we finally got the food after 2 hours, half of them weren't there. We then called the SushiHouse immediately, of course, but only got the most cheeky and disrespectful answer that they had too much to do and could no longer deliver. Then I asked for a credit for the amount and I was just dismissed and was told that I was getting an email that I never received. This is how the SushiHouse spoiled my dinner! So look in the door before you take it!

Favorite sushi restaurant in BS! Super friendly staff, delicious sushi and super affordable. 8 Maki vegetarian for me € 2.50. Absolutely recommend

The food is delicious in principle, but clearly too salty. The prices are in the average range, so they are perfectly fine, but the delivery sometimes takes an extremely long time (1-1.5 hours, even a week). This is difficult to plan.

Delicious! The delivery is sometimes very fast, sometimes it takes quite a while. But I've always been satisfied with the food so I can recommend it :)

Good sushi is available here at a fair price. We had 2 menus for 4 people to take away. The shop itself is clean and tidy, the service friendly and helpful. We were able to take the food we ordered after 25 minutes and everything was delicious! A clear recommendation!
